A group of experts led by former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright has released a report with recommendations and proposals for NATO’s new Strategic Concept. You can find a copy of the report here: http://www.nato.int/strategic-concept/expertsreport.pdf.

NATO’s Secretary General, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, will now use this report as the basis for his drafting of the actual Strategic Concept, to be adopted during NATO’s next Summit.
